Hi, I’m Jo‑Ann Thompson , the founder behind Culligan and someone who genuinely enjoys helping business owners feel in control of their numbers.

I’m a Chartered Certified Accountant and Forensic CPA with more than 17 years of experience working in both Government and Public Practice. Over the course of my career, I’ve uncovered financial fraud, strengthened internal systems, and helped organizations save money through smarter, more efficient processes.

I’ve worked as both Auditor and Accountant, and that dual perspective has shaped how I support clients today. I understand how financial systems should work, where risks hide, and what it takes to keep a business audit‑ready year‑round.
